Mark Seremba
Director Human Resources
Mark is an Administrator and Human Resources practitioner with over 22 years of experience in public service. He holds postgraduate qualifications in Business Administration and Management from E.S.A.M.I., Social Sector Planning and Management from Makerere University, Management Studies, and Organizational Assessment and Development from the Uganda Management Institute.
He has a wealth of experience gained from working with the Local Government, the Ministry of Public Service, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Ministry of Agriculture, Animal Industry, and Fisheries. He has been key in establishing Human resources systems and functions over the years in areas of recruitment and selection, performance assessment tools, record management, and results-oriented management, amongst other areas.
He is a member of the Africa Public Service Human Resource Management Network (APSHRMnet), where he is the outgoing Executive Secretary. He also sits on several School Management Committees.
Prior to this appointment, he was working as the Commissioner of Human Resources with the Ministry of Agriculture, Animal Industry, and Fisheries.
