New Year Message

Now that we are in anno domini 2022, I want to take this moment to extend greetings straight from my heart to the NARO fraternity and partners in development. I appreciate you all for the achievements and accomplishments in the last year despite the COVID-19 pandemic and attendant lockdowns, curfews, restricted number of workers (20-30%), sicknesses and demises of the beloved ones.

I thank God the Almighty for sparing and keeping you in good health and enriched with intellect to serve our Mother Country Uganda.
