Bid Notice under Open Domestic Bidding
IFB NO: NARO/SUPLS/2024/2025/00153
- The Government of Uganda under the National Agricultural Research Organisation intends to acquire and Install Assorted Computer Hardware and Software under Lot 1 and Design, and Development Implementation of an Integrated Management Information System and Provision of Internet Services under Lot. 2 as mentioned in the table below.
- The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above supplies and services.
- Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open domestic bidding method contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003 and is open to all bidders.
- Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 7(a) from 9 am to 5 pm.
- The bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below at 7(b) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000 for each lot. Payment will be made to Uganda Revenue Authority through a convenient commercial bank by obtaining a Bank Payment Advice Form from the URA website.
- Bids must be delivered to the address below at 7(c) on or before 7th April 2025 at 11:00 am. All bids must be accompanied with bid securities from a commercial bank in Uganda recognised by Bank of Uganda in the amounts mentioned below:
