Bid Notice under Open Bidding
- The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above supplies.
- Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open domestic bidding method contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003 and is open to all bidders.
- Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 7(d) from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm.
- The bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the email below at 7(d) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000. Payment will be made to the Uganda Revenue Authority through a convenient commercial bank by obtaining a Bank Payment Advice Form from the URA website.
- Bids must be delivered to the address below at 7(d) at or before 11:00 am on 28th April 2025. The bids must be accompanied by a bid security of Ugx 18,000,000 (Uganda Shillings Eighteen Million)The National Agricultural Research Organisation has allocated funds for acquisition of Eight (8) Motor Vehicles.
- The Bid security must be valid until 15th October 2025. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 7(d) at 11:30 am on 29th April 2025.
