Its responsibilities include; Developing and Implementing Financial Systems, Establishing Expenditure Controls, Revenue Management, Donor Agency Collaboration among others

Director’s profile
He is both a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Internal Auditor with over 27 years of experience in Public Finance and Management. He possesses a Masters’ in Business Administration, a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, and a Diploma in Business Studies.
Julius is conversant with government financial procedures and processes, having worked with a number of government entities across the country. He brings a wealth of experience in financial leadership and management, planning and budgeting, revenue collection, financial accounting and reporting, performance management, internal and external auditing, training, coaching, and mentoring.
He is a member of the Audit and Risk committee of the National Council of Higher Education and the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Uganda. He is also a mentor to young and upcoming financial and accounting professionals.
Prior to this appointment, Julius was working as the Director of Finance and Administration at the National Forestry Authority.
